2533424 - Cannot Add or Edit Related Admin Account to User

Symptom

Unable to add a related admin account to the user profile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Learning Administration > User Profile (People > Users > search and view/edit UserID > scroll down to Security section where related Admin is displayed)
  2. Notice that the "Related Admin" field is not editable

Cause

This can only be edited on the "Admin" account instead of the "User" account

  1. Go to System Administration > Security > Administrators > Search for the Related Admin
  2. Click the Edit Icon
  3. On the Related User field, search and select the user ID.
