2533466 - ASE cockpit stopped working after installing EBF - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • ASE Cockpit encountered error message (RSL 1 OF 3) after applying EBF:

  • The same error message in all the browsers.
  • In the agent.log you can see the following messages:

[ERROR] [module.ProductModuleServlet] [scc-ui::286082] - The requested path "/sybdata/product/abc/COCKPIT-4/plugins/ASEMAP/assets/swf/framework_3.3.0.4852.swz" is not a file.
[ERROR] [module.ProductModuleServlet] [scc-ui::286084] - The requested path "/sybdata/product/abc/COCKPIT-4/plugins/ASEMAP/assets/swf/framework_3.3.0.4852.swf" is not a file.
