2533686 - Limitations of Bulk Download Functionality in Document Center- Onboarding 1.0

What are the limitations of Bulk Download functionality of Document Center?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

When searching for Forms and select few forms from search result and try to click bulk download, the system ignores manually selected forms and consider the complete Search results. This is the standard behavior.

To get certain forms, use the Advanced Search functionality. Add filter condition (try adding more condition to get precise results) and submit.
Shown result can be now downloaded by Bulk Download option.

 NOTE: Please consider that if Form size is more, and we are trying to download multiple records, the system may get times out so, try to generate with more accurate search records.
