2533753 - Email Sender for 'Refer Friend to Job' notification

 When a candidate is referred to a job, what is the email address he/she should receive a notification from?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

• Go to Careers --> Search for the job you want to refer a candidate to
• For that job, select "Refer Friend to Job"
• Enter the required details for that referral candidate
• Click on Send.

The referred candidate receives an email notification from an email address which is not the email address set up as return email address for sytem emails in Admin Center >> Manage Recruiting Settings

The notification to a referred candidate is sent from the Single Sender email address configured at the Provisioning end.

• Go to Provisioning >> Company Settings
• In the Single Sender section, set up the email address and Sender Name for the system notifications

This email address will be used to send email notification to a referred candidate.
