2533755 - Return PO can not be sent to Ariba via Add-on (ARBFND_FRW 409)

You created a return purchase order (PO) which you want to send out to Ariba via the Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite add-on, but in transaction SRT_MONI this error appears:

error: 403 Forbidden (message nr.: 409, message class: ARBFND_FRW)

And transaction SLG1 shows the following error:

"#Error:Return Indicator is allowed only for Collaborative Supply Chain relation between Buyer and Supplier Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-... for more details#"
