2533861 - Cannot open or create Traitements models (MTM) - SAP PD

• Cannot open or create a Traitements Merise model (MTM) in SAP PD 16.6 or higher.
• MTM models were saved in Sybase PowerAMC 16.5.
• SAP PD returns the error:
       PowerDesigner failed to read the file:
       path\filename.mtm.
