2533914 - Redist package using CR for VS SP21 Merge Modules may fail to build using InstallShield

The problem in the SP21 merge modules will not attach to Install Shield and throws the error below. The SP20 merge modules work fine.

Install Shield 2015  may generate this error when building

ISDEV : error -5008: Intel64 or AMD64 must be specified in the template of the Summary Stream

ISDEV : error -5009: The schema Summary Stream must be 200 or later.

There are some 64 bit Registry entries in the 32 bit Merge Modules that may cause the Build to fail

As a work around use ORCA to edit CRRuntime_13_0_21.msm, remove below row/entry from Component/ModuleComponents/Registry table, then save.

I have asked R&D to re-upload the fixed version to our download site, waiting for a reply.
