Symptom

When accessing Report Center the following is displayed:

Error Occurred while Fetching Labels

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Reporting > Report Center
  2. The following error occurs:

Error occurred while fetching labels

Cause

  • A Provisioning Prerequisite has not been met
  • Please reach out to your Implementation Parter for assistance applying the Resolution below

Note: This is only an issue for non-EC customers

Resolution

In Provisioning, make sure Enable Generic Objects - requires "Enable the Attachment Manager" has been checked:
