2533980 - SAPGUI for HTML: Scrollbar in the popup is missing in small screen resolutions for theme sap_belize

Symptom

For certain transactions, when the screen size is small (usually laptop screens), the scrollbar inside the popup is not displayed for the sap-theme: sap_belize.

Resolution (1600 x 900) - No scrollbar in the popup.

Resolution (1920 x 1080) - Vertical scrollbar is displayed.
