2533996 - Item is no longer in Learning Plan

User launches a completed course from an incompleted curricula that is still is his Learning Plan and get the following message: "Item is no longer in Learning Plan"

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Assign a user with a curricula that have at least 2 online items.
2. As a user, completes 1 item.
3. Go back to your learning plan and open the curricula structure.
4. Click in the completed item.
5. Try to launch it again.
6. Validation Message will appear:

User already completed this item within that curricula, and therefore, item moved to Learning History.

If user wants to review the online content of that specific item, he/she has to go to Learning History and review content from there.
