2534038 - Terminated employees still exist as Workforce Analytics users

Users that have been terminated (and made inactive in BizX) continue to have accounts in WFA User Maintenance.

SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (and Online Report Designer / ORD)

Users in User Maintenance are not affected by the data in BizX, EC or WFA at all.  Account deletion cannot be linked to a termination event.

Accounts for terminated users have no effect on anything, and cannot be used by the users to access the site without either an active BizX user still linked to them or a direct WFA access password.  They can be easily deleted in User Maintenance.
