The employee has two children, both have data for the FSS in IT0021 (parent's relationship, births data and etc.).

You run report HRULFXML for forming Child Care FSS Application for this employee and get tag OTHER_CHILD_FLAG_BR equals 0:

<OTHER_CHILD_FLAG_BR>0</OTHER_CHILD_FLAG_BR>

while other tags are filled:

<DOC_TYPE>5</DOC_TYPE>

<CHILD_SER>2</CHILD_SER>

According to the XML registry rules for the field: OTHER_CHILD_FLAG_BR value should be set to = 1 under the following conditions:

• CHILD_SER > 1
• DOC_TYPE = 5
