When adding a competitor to an opportunity, the Main checkbox is automatically selected by default.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to the Sales work center. 
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Search for the opportunity ABC (where ABC represents the opportunity name) and open it.
4. Go to the Competitors facet and click on the Add button.
5. In the Competitor window that opens, observe that for the role Competitor, the Main checkbox is selected by default and cannot be unchecked.

By design, the application logic requires that at least one competitor in an opportunity is marked as the Main competitor by default.

This is an expected system behavior.
