2534549 - Exporting Multi Value Extension Field

You are exporting data to excel and code values are showing up for some columns in the exported file.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

This happens in several work center views, our example is the view Accounts.

1. Go to the Customer Work center.
2. Click on the Accounts View.
3. Click on Export to Excel by clicking on the right action gear icon.
4. In the exported file, the code values are shown instead of the description for some columns.

Note: Behaviour is not specific to Accounts only.

The field is of type multi-value extension field and if more than one code value is selected, the system will not export with descriptions for these codes.

It is added in our development backlog to address this requirement. Please note that it is not possible for our Support Team to provide you additional information regarding the availability of this feature in a future release.
