2534603 - Primary index missing for DSO table

Symptom

The primary index of a DataStore Object table is missing on the database. This may happen after the execution of a BW process where the index had to be re-created. For instance after the Selective Deletion of data from a DSO. In the job log you can see the following:

CREATE UNIQUE INDEX "/BIC/A<DSOXYZ>00~0" ON
"/BIC/A<DSOXYZ>00" ("NOTIFICATN")

followed by the error

SQL Error: ORA-14039: partitioning columns must form a subset  of key columns of a U
System error: CRE_LOCAL_INDEX ORACLE 14,039 ORA-14039: partitioning columns must form a subset
