  • You have configured Dialog Performance monitoring objects and you do not get any alert in Alert Inbox or the rating remains grey.
  • You check the Alerting Framework log and find error: No authorization
  • You check Application log (Object: E2E_ALERTING// Subobject: DPC_RUNTIME) and find warning: Metrics collected by /SDF/E2E_BPMON_CCMS_PROVIDER have not been processed by DPC Extension
