2535069 - Error "The CSV file you are trying to upload is not in UTF-8 format" - Integration Center

While uploading source file to an inbound Integration Center job the following error is received:

"The CSV file you are trying to upload is not in UTF-8 format."

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Integration Center
    • Inbound Integration

1. Go to Integration Center > My Integrations
2. Click Create and select 'Scheduled CSV Input Integration'
3. Upload csv as source file
4. Click Save and observe the error

UTF-8 is the only supported encoding for source files with csv extension/format.

Save files (prior to uploading them) in format 'CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited)(*.csv)'
