You have a requirement to update/modify few fields for existing Service Agents, however you are not able to find the Modify Existing Records mode in the
Migration of Service Agents Activity.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Business Configuration
- Select Overview view
- Search Migration of Service Agents activity
- Select Migrate service agents using the migration tool
- Select Properties
Only mode available is Add New Records.
Cause
This feature is currently not available. Migration tool can only Add New Records, updation of existing records is not possible. Same is applicable for Mass data Maintenance and Data Workbench as well.
Resolution
Proceed with the manual modification of Service Agents as per the requirement.
