2535219 - Errors 'Failed to get the input stream from socket' and 'Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier'

Symptom

During the use of Argentina Electronic Invoice solution you see the errors 'Failed to get the input stream from socket', 'Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier' and 'dato inválido (ej: en el futuro o más de 24 horas de antigüedad)' in the PI/XI.
