2535292 - Has Access on Online Item Status report - user locked or exceeded max attempts

Symptom

On 'Online Item Status' Report there is a column called ‘Has Access’ (Y, N) that indicates if user has access to the item or not. However, this does not indicate if user does not have access due to locket action or if user exceeded the maximum attempts configured at item level. Is there a report available that indicate this difference?

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Learning Administration
  2. Click Reports menu
  3. Choose Online Status report
  4. Run the report after choosing a user and a date
  5. You will notice the column 'Has Access'

Resolution

There is no standard report that could provide you this comparison - when user has no access due to a locket action or if user exceeded the maximum attempts configured at item level.
