• The number of available Analytics Hub licenses have been exceeded in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• The number of available Business Intelligence licenses have been exceeded in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• The number of available Planning Standard licenses have been exceeded in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• The number of available Planning Professional licenses have been exceeded in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Add users to SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Notice the warning.

More users are consuming the license type than what your license agreement is entitled to.

• If you have purchased Business Intelligence licenses then limit the roles assigned to your users to ones that consume a Business Intelligence standard license.
• If additional users require roles that consume a Planning standard or Planing Professional license, then please purchase more licenses per contact info at https://www.sapanalytics.cloud/plans-pricing.
• The license consumed by a user account is decided on the roles assigned to that account. For example, adding some roles that require having a license type Planning Professional, will consume one of these licenses purchased. You can see the licenses used if you go to Main Menu > Security > Users:
  
  
• If you change the roles assigned to that account, the license consumed will change accordingly.
