2535357 - Team Overview still displays the "Review" button for forms of inactive employees - Performance Management

• The Manager can still see the "Review" button in Team Overview for their former direct reports that have been made inactive via Manage Users.
• When they click the "Review" button, the form opens and the Manager can modify the form.
• The form is not in the Manager's Inbox or Enroute folders.

1. Go to Manage Users and set an employee's status to Inactive
2. Do not select the "Remove in-progress documents" option when prompted, and save your activity in Manage Users:

3. Navigate to Team Overview

The inactive employee's form is still visible, and the "Review" button can be clicked to access the inactive user's form:

• When setting an employee to "inactive" via Manage Users, select the "Remove in-progress documents" option when prompted.
• When this option is selected, the inactive user's form no longer appear in Team Overview.
