2535416 - Price from deleted contract used in ME22N/MIGO - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

A purchase order or scheduling agreement with reference to a contract is created. Then the contract item is flagged for deletion or for blocking (by setting the EKPO-LOEKZ). If the pricing date category = GR date (EKPO-MEPRF = 5) is used in the PO or SA, the system can determine and use the currently valid price from the contract and post the GR using this price, even though the contract item is deleted.

Another symptom: if a new pricing in the PO is carried out after the contract item being deleted, the system still finds the price from the deleted contract.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
