There are different ways to toggle between mutiple employments for HR/Admin or User self.

Please note that the drop-down button that appears in the employee profile allowing the switch from an employment to another will not appear for the user self.
Instead, user would need to use Employment Switcher ta upper-right corner as highlighted in the above screenshot.
