A user with multiple employments is unable to see radio buttons to change employments as their HR Manager can.

There is a button for employees to use above the profile header to select a different employment.

Please note that the radio button that appears in the employee header allowing the switch from an employment to another will not appear for the user in self. An employee will not be able to view the radio buttons in their own profile header. Permissions are not needed to see if the employee has multiple employments. However, permissions are needed to view the data when selecting one of the employments from the employee profile header.

While regular employees are logged in, the switching between employments is available only via Employment Switcher highlighted in the above screenshot.
