2535884 - Migration of Visits using Appointments Migration Template

Symptom

 You are trying to migrate Visits to the System using the migration template for appointments.

Reproducing the Issue

Prerequisite:  You migrated Visits using the Appointment Migration template.

  1. Go to the Visits work center.
  2. Go to the Visits view.
  3. Show: All.
  4. Search and open any Visit.

The migrated activities are not created as visits in the system but as appointments.

You see a Field Category maintained which contains several unusual characters (for example the $).

Cause

The category was not changed in the migration file.

Resolution

The category needs to be maintained as 0027 when you want to migrate visits.

This is what differentiates the appointment migration template for a visit.
