2535988 - Restricting Marketing Attributes to Read Only Based on Business Role in Cloud For Customer

Symptom

Customer contacts can have attributes assigned to them. This can be done through the Marketing Attributes facet in the Contacts view. However once the attributes are added by an authorised user it is undesirable to have the attributes editable by just anyone. For this the facet can be set to read only and the ability to add new attributes removed based on business role.
