Symptom
You are performing a SUM upgrade. When you reach sub-phase "SHOW-DB-SYSTEM-DIALOG", instead of asking you to enter the password for DB users, below error occurs:

[Info ]: Could not execute command dbinfo.
[Error ]: The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sap.sdt.ucp.dialog.DialogExecutionException: Could not execute dialog DBSystemPassword. See previous messages. The password you have entered is incorrect. You must enter a valid password to continue with the update process.

The password being provided is correct or it does not even show the screen where password is to be entered. This is for Sybase database.
