2536017 - Error "Time out when waiting for Host Agent to answer an already running process/call.This call is cancelled." While the Sap Host Agent is not connecting to the Diagnostic Agent - Solution Manager 7.2

When you select a Diagnostics Agent on the tab Connected Agents in Agent Administration UI : http://<host>:<port>/smd/AgentAdmin

In the Diagnostic Agent Log Viewer you see the following error :
