When we are trying to record learn for multiple SO and use autofill registration it is recording the learning for all users for entire SO.

1) Create item with 3 past dated SOs.
2) Register multiple users in each SO.
3) Via Record Learning - Multiple, select all 3 past dated SOs
4) Select auto fill from Registration
5) Select Next
RESULTS: Each SO date is auto populating with attendees from all 3 SOs.
In addition, auto populated Grade as either N/A or 0/1.
6)Select Completion status by SO.
7) Select Next
RESULTS: All learners are marked complete for all 3 SOs.
8) Select Submit
9) Select Finish

RESULTS for Item Status Report: 90 completions (should only be 30); Multiple completions per person:

RESULTS for Learner’s transcript: 3 completions, should only be 1 completion.

As per engineering team the system is working as designed.

In record learning multiple if you select m courses and n users. System will record learn all n users for all m courses.

The tool will work fine if only 1 SO is selected in case of Auto-Fill registration.
The Auto-Fill registration button only helps in populating the users in the wizard.
The Wizard does not keep reference of how the users were added, so if more than 1 SO is added the users of multiple SOs will be added.
On the next screen if you see all the Users are shown for all the SOs.

The current tool was not built to consider different users for different SOs based on their registration. It is built to record learning for all Users in the list for all SOs as seen in the confirmation screen on expanding the list of users.

The best way would be to use the wizard to record learning for 1 SO at a time in this case where different users are to be considered for each SO.
