2536398 - Error WS099 or WS092 during settlement document creation in S/4HANA

During settlement document creation in an S/4HANA environment for example during condition contract settlement in WB2R_SC or WB2R_SV or during creation of settlement document via BAPI or posting engine , you are getting error -

1) WS099 which is ' Error in calculation schema &, no net value can be set for item & ' , indicating that a net value cannot be set for the document item because of the customizing settings for the relevant calculation schema

OR

2) WS092 which is ' Error in calculation schema &, no gross price configurable for item & '.
