Administrators creating custom report using this table may notice that more than one entry can exist with the same user ID and module ID in this database table in some scenario.

This has been confirmed as expected by Engineering team.

This behaviour was confirmed as expected by Engineering team in some scenarios.

For example:

• Scenario: If student fails the course, then system will automatically create the next set of online records for the student, copying the progress data of the content objects from the previous launch.
• Example: A course having 3 content objects and an exam object (or any other assessment), and user went through the first three content objects successfully and then user failed the assessment. At this point if the system records failure event, in the same time the system also creates a new set of online records for this user and for this item and copies all the progress data from the previous launch for the 3 content objects but it will not copy the progress data of the exam.
