2536603 - Document Routing Notifiactions and Document Completed Notifications are not Sent to Next Approver - Recruiting Management

The Document Routing and Document Completed notifications are not sending when approving or completing the approval of a job requisition.

The most common causes of this issue could fall into the following scenarios:

1. The Originator is the next approver of the requisition.  
2. The notification template is not configured for all languages.  
3. Both Document Routing Notification and Document Routing Step Exit Notification are enabled.  
4. The specific requisition template has not been enabled in "Customise Settings for Form Templates".  
5. The notification is disabled in Email Notification Templates Settings.  

1.  If the Originator is the next approver of the requisition, note that the system will not send a Document Routing Notification, as the next approver can immediately approve the requisition upon creation. This is expected behaviour.
2. Check all languages for the templates in Email Notification Templates Settings > Document Routing Notification, where emails are not being sent. Remove the warning message by selecting Save Changes below the template box. The resolution also works when the Document Due Notification is not triggered.
3. Disable 'Document Routing Step Exit Notification' in Email Notification Templates Settings. Document Routing Step Exit Notification takes precedence over Document Routing Notification, which may cause conflicts when both are enabled. 
4. Enable the specific requisition template in "Customize Settings for Form Templates".
5. Ensure that 'Document Routing Notification' and 'Document Completed Notification'' are enabled in Email Notification Templates Settings.
