You logon to the SLC Buy side UI, open the inbox and select a workitem to approve or reject. The corresponding buttons however are grayed out, disabled, it is not possible to approve or reject any workitem. Similarly all other buttons in the POWL header are disabled, like Substitution, Resubmit, Forward. Only the Export button is enabled.
