The Learning admin would like to add a follow-up survey to existing items.

Before you can add a follow-up survey to items, it is necessary to create the survey. Go to Learning Administration > Content > Surveys > Add New > Choose Survey Type: Follow-Up Survey. Then, proceed fulfilling the necessary fields and creating the questions.
Adding the follow-up survey to items:
- Go to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Items >
- Search and open the item that you want to add a follow-up survey to >
- Click the "Surveys" tab >
- In "Follow-Up Survey: Application of Learning", complete the fields:
Survey: This is the questionnaire survey that users receive. The survey must be of type Follow-Up Survey. Users and possibly their managers receive this survey to see if they are applying what they learned.
Participants: You can send this survey to employees, managers or both employees and managers.
Required for completion by: When you require a follow-up survey from an employee or manager, the survey remains on their assignments and cannot be removed until they complete it.
Configuration: In these fields you have the possibility to choose in how many days the survey will be applied from the item completion date and how many days the participants have to finish it.
- Click "Apply Changes".
After you assign follow-up surveys to items and users begin to complete them, you can check the results by going to "Reports". In search, type follow-up to return the follow-up survey reports.
