2536659 - HTTP 500 Internal Server Error accessing BILP / CMC

• Accessing BI Launchpad (BILP) / Central Management Console (CMC) results in a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. The login prompt page is never displayed .
• Details of the error (displayed on the page and can also be found in stderr.log) show the following:
  
  javax.servlet.ServletException: Servlet.init() for servlet equinoxbridgeservlet threw exception
  
  Root Cause:
  PM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapperValve invoke
  SEVERE: Allocate exception for servlet equinoxbridgeservlet
  java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not find framework

• Redeploy of the web applications using wdeploy does not fix the issue .
• Issue seen with both HTTP and HTTPS modes .
