2536678 - Name of PDF Form present "?" symbol

Symptom

PDF Forms contain some characters "?" in the name of the document.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

The PDF File is corrupted!

The problem is not visible in the ONB system until the fom is exported to Document Center.

Resolution

To resolve the issue: Rename the form.

1. Download the form

2. Save the form again

3. Upload form back

The issue is resolved.

4. Change made will reflect only for new activites
