2536760 - IPI being added to PIS/COFINS base

Symptom

When using incoming automation, the IPI is being added to PIS and COFINS base, in a industrialization scenario.

When posting the invoice manually via MIRO in ECC, IPI is not added to PIS/COFINS base, which is the expected behavior for industrialization scenario.
