2536765 - Unable to Duplicate a Brand Home Page to Create Home Pages

When trying to duplicate a page in the Career Site Builder (CSB) tool the following message appears ("No Pages Available"):

When this occurs the solution it has been adopted is duplicate pages manually, but it can generate several problems in terms of consistency.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) - Career Site Builder (CSB).

1. Access the Career Site Builder (CSB);
2. Navigate to Pages > Home > en_US > Brand > Home;
3. Click the gear button and select Duplicate Page;
4. Keep the default values and click on Save button.

It is not possible to duplicate pages when the "No Pages Available" message appears and there is no solution for this situation so far. In that case, it's recommended to use a workaround to duplicate pages.

Use the following steps to duplicate pages:

1. Access the Career Site Builder (CSB);
2. Pages > Main Brand > Home > en_US > Brand > Home;
3. Click the gear button and select Duplicate Page;
4. Select any other brand and select the target brand again;
5. Click on Save button.
