2536834 - SQL0284N Table creation failed

Symptom

During a table creation, you receive the following error:

SQL0284N  Table creation failed because the table space "SID#TABLE" that was specified in the statement after the clause "IN" is not a supported type of table space for that clause.  Table space type: "MANAGED BY DATABASE".

Create statement is attempting to create a table with ORGANIZE BY COLUMN
