SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

The Latest Home Page is the default start page of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. It provides an overview of activity across SuccessFactors HXM Suite and helps you to take action quickly when necessary. You can view pending deadlines, outstanding issues, and valuable team metrics and business analytics.

In 2H 2025, SuccessFactors introduced an updated home page experience. This updated experience retains nearly all existing home page content and functionality while offering a fresher, more efficient design. For more details, please refer to Latest Home Page User Experience | SAP Help Portal.

In the upcoming 1H 2026 release, the Latest Home Page will be automatically enabled by default for all users on both web and mobile applications.
