In 2H 2025, SAP SuccessFactors introduced an updated home page experience. The new design keeps most of the familiar content and features you're used to, while making the page fresher, more modern design, faster to use, and easier to navigate. SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

The Latest Home Page is the default start page of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. It provides an overview of activity across SuccessFactors HCM Suite and helps you to take action quickly when necessary. You can view pending deadlines, outstanding issues, and valuable team metrics and business analytics.

Important Note: The latest home page experience (introduced in 2H 2025) replaces the legacy home page experience (introduced in 2H 2020). The legacy home page experience is being deprecated: Deprecation of Legacy Home Page Experience.

In 1H 2026 release, the Latest Home Page has been automatically enabled by default for all users on both web and mobile applications. All existing configurations are preserved, and can always revert to the legacy experience at any time as outlined in this help guide Latest Home Page Automatically On by Default | SAP Help Portal.

Latest Update:

Starting from 2H 2026 release, the Latest Home Page is automatically enabled for all users on web and mobile. The legacy home page (2H 2020) is no longer available and cannot be re-enabled. The setting "Enable the latest Home Page experience" to has been removed. Latest Home Page Automatically On in All Systems | SAP Help Portal

Action Required (if not yet adopted) 

No need to worry. All relevant legacy configurations are retained, and the updated experience is automatically available.
