2536919 - Customizing the Help System on the User/Admin Side of SuccessFactors Learning

Is there a way to customize the Help feature available on user as well as admin side of SuccessFactors Learning?

Under LMS_ADMIN in system configurations there are two settings:

• baseHelpRedirectURL=/help
• helpRedirectorURI=/getHelpRedirector.do

• Per the Help Guide Documentation, these settings should never be changed and they do control the help guide link.
• Product Support doesn't support any customizations done to these settings.
• Please reach out to an implemenation partner or professional services to inquire if there is a way to customize or get a custom extenstion created in which will allow for a different functionaility for those settings.
