2536921 - 401 Unauthorized: User name/password logon screen does not appear

Symptom

Users are not able to login to the SAP Application Server JAVA stack (via HTTP/HTTPS access) as no logon prompt for inputting User ID/Password is displayed.
Only a 401 Unauthorized page is displayed as shown below:
