2536971 - Permissions to delete Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

This article provides the permissions needed to delete Job Requisitions and see the delete icon.

Prerequisite:

1. The setting "Hide Delete Icon Inside Form" needs to be unchecked in Provisioning > Company Settings.
   You can delete pre-approved and approved Job Requisitions, but the following steps needs to be completed.
   
   
2. In Admin Center -> Form Template Settings -> Open the Job Requisition Templates, uncheck the Disable delete checkbox.

3. In Admin Center -> Manage Permission Role -> Recruiting Permissions, select the Delete Job Requisitions options.

Note: If no permissions are granted for Job Requisition Delete, the Originator can still delete pre-approved requisitions, as before.
