Symptom

Agency Listings (via Job Requistion > Job Postings) is not present as a separate job posting category

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Recruiting

2. Job Requisitions - select a job requsition

3. Select Job Postings tab

 4. Agency Listings categopry in not present - Agency is listed under 'Job postings' route, not as a separate route category

Cause

Enable Posting to specific agencies setting in Provisioning is not enabled

Resolution

Enable this setting :

  1. Provisioning
  2. Company Settings
  3. Enable Posting to specific agencies
