2537294 - Output History Not Generated for Third Party Outbound Deliveries

You have released Third Party Outbound Delivery. When you check Output History, there is no pdf document updated under Output History tab.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Third Party Order Fulfillment Workcenter.
2. Go to Third-Party Outbound Deliveries View.
3. In the field Show, select All Outbound Deliveries by Selection using drop down.
4. Enter the relevant ID and choose Release.
5. Edit the document and navigate to Output History tab.
6. Here you see, there is no pdf document generated and its empty.

This only happens in Third-Party Outbound Deliveries because the goods directly deliver from Supplier to Customer. So, the actual delivery note lies with supplier.

Therefore, if you need Delivery Note then it needs to be printed manually in TPOP case.

1. Go to Third Party Order Fulfillment Workcenter.
2. Go to Third-Party Outbound Deliveries View.
3. In the field Show, select All Outbound Deliveries by Selection using drop down.
4. Enter the relevant ID and choose Release.
5. Edit the Third Party Outbound Delivery.
6. Choose Print Delivery Note.
7. Now if you navigate to Output History tab, system has generated Output History as expected.
