2537295 - Item Evaluation report in ORD not picking Instructor details

Item Evaluation report in ORD (Detailed Reporting) is not picking up instructor details even though we have been able to add the columns in the report.
We want instructor details along with item evaluation. The standard item evaluation report in LMS also doesn't have these details.

When creating Item Evaluation reports in Learning Administration, admins have the ability to add a page that has a resource type of 'Instructor.'

This allows users who take a survey to rate the Instructor's performance.
Instructor details will only show in ORD's Item Evaluation schema when this type of page is used in a survey.

The same goes for the report in LMS.

This is the only way that instructor details will appear in an Item Evaluation report in either ORD or LMS.
