2537582 - Customer Account Statements Only Available for South Africa

Symptom

You try to create a Customer Account Statement Run for another country than South Africa but it is not working.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Receivables work center.
  2. Go to the Customer Account Statements subview.
  3. Click on New Customer Account Statements.
  4. Complete the Data and Save.

The run stay In Process and can not be Finished.

Cause

The Customer Account Statements Run is only relevant for South Africa in order to fulfill local legal requirements.

Resolution

This is an expected system behavior.
