2537599 - Unable to Locate Materials In The Mass Data Maintenance Value Help Search

When using the Mass Data Maintenance functionality, there are a few Material/Product IDs which do not show any data in the Export option, despite being certainly present in the system under the product-related work centers.

1. Go to the Mass Data Maintenance work center.
2. Click the link to Export Materials
3. In the new screen, open the Material ID field's value help.
4. Search for the relevant material
5. No results found, even though the material is present in the Material view under the Product Data work center.

The value help has a max row count of 200. If the record is not present in the list of 200 values, then it will not show in the value help search. The same behavior is true for other fields in the Mass Data Maintenance functionality.

This is the standard system behavior.

You can manually search for the material by providing its ID directly in the field.

1. Go to the Mass Data Maintenance work center.
2. Click the link to Export Materials.
3. Enter the required ID in the Material ID field (not in the value help).
4. Click the Go button.
5. The requried material is successfully fetched.
