2537652 - DIST ERROR #30020 Inbound Queue is not moving - SRS

Symptom

  • Warmstandby Logical Inbound Queue is stuck with the following error msg:
     
    •  ERROR #30020 DIST(106 LDS.LDB) - xec/dist.c(1894)
    •  Unable to start distributor thread for queue '113'.
       
  • Causes a stable device full condition:

    • WARNING #6090 SQM(106:1 LDS.LDB) - qm/sqmsp.c(3567)
      WARNING: Stable Storage Use by 106:1 LDS.LDBis Above 70 percent
      WARNING #6089 SQM(106:1 LDS.LDB) - qm/sqmsp.c(3108)
      WARNING: Stable Storage Use is Above 75 percent
