How to Run an Adhoc Report for the Goal/Objective Management module?

To create an Adhoc report for Goal Management you must follow the steps detailed below:

1. Go to Reports/Analytics;
2. Click on Ad Hoc Reports;
3. Click on Create New Report;
4. Report Type: Single Domain;
5. Report Definition Type: Goal Management
6. Click on Create;
7. Enter Report Title under General Info;
8. In the People tab, choose Other filters and click on Ok;
9. In the Data Sets, select the Goal Plan Template Name;
10. Select Columns and choose which fields you would like to display/include in the report. Click on the Deleted column and Status Column;
11. Skip the Configuration tab;
12. Click on Filters > Refine Criteria > choose subject > choose subject username. You may select by selection or by rule. Then, enter the names of the managers you have launched the forms to.
13. Click on Done;
14. Click on Save > Generate.

Note: Run Report (Goal Management) permission is necessary. This includes defining the target population as well.
